Little Miss is a tidy and compact grass that is easy to care for and drought tolerant. With narrow, arching foliage that emerges and maintains a green color in the center, this grass has a beautiful two-toned effect with leaf tips that develop into shades of carmine red and purple beginning in May and reaching their peak in October or November. The red flower heads form in late summer and dry to a buff color that holds throughout the fall. This delightful little grass makes an excellent choice for modern landscapes in the border, planted en-masse, or in planters and containers.
